When I was in school i was constantly being told to stop being funny. This award makes all the detentions and special ed classes worth it.

I would like to thank the academy for all your support this past year. Without it I would not be the person I am today. Please no applause, but feel free to send cash......

:0)Thank you for this great honor Uncle Joe. You're the best blogger I know personally, well besides Ted Honey. :P

all i can think about when you say pumpernickel is that stupid barney song from when my son was little bitty.

Thank you, thank you (blush, blush).

I don't like the movie Joe vs. the Volcano at all, but I LOVE Seinfeld. I hope this doesn't affect my blog standing in your eyes.

Joe vs. the Volcano has a small cult following. The Island portion of the movie is indeed silly, but there are many spiritual lessons to be gleaned from the movie. Maybe I can address them some day for all 4 of my readers.

Thanks for stopping by. Enjoyed the list.

Joe, if you are reading this you are a bad boy...you are supposed to be on a fast from blogging today ! Gotcha !!! ???

Thanks for stopping by my blog. I'd send you some left overs, but I'd hate for you to have a repeat of one post down from this one. I'm only watching out for your intestinal health! And by the way, I also share this bathroom sense of humor so I found it incredibly funny!

Years ago, my hubby and I endured Joe vs. the Volcano. I really like Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan, but their talents were wasted on this movie. I was wishing it would end. There may be lessons, as you say, but I was too bored to learn a thing. It has been a long time since I saw it, so I don't remember specifics. It just wasn't my cup of tea. I remember my hubby and I both said we thought the movie was dumb. Sorry if these opinions are like knives plunging into you.
You should do a post on why you like it so much. It may lessen my loathing of the flick a bit.

Whistle Britches said...

Not so much knives but maybe wet noodles. The audience for Joe was/is divided. I'll try and plan a post on Joe for after the New Year sometime. Thanks
