Blog Winds
Our band will be playing at a benefit supper today for a churchmember who lost one eye to cancer and has been in NYC for the third time receiving care/operation. If the blog winds blow you this way please pray for for this man. His name is Tod and he has a beautiful family, wife Amy and two young children.

Merciful Lord,
I pray for Tod and his family; that you would supply them with your comfort and grace in this trial. May they trust in Your sovereign power so as to live before you in serenity, knowing Your purpose to be glorified in all things. I praise you for how You will work all these things for their good and for Your glory. May You be exalted in how they live for Christ.

I pray he gets well and beats the cancer.
Thank you, that means a lot to me and I'll pass this on to Tod. He arrived in town tonight just in time for the benefit and has reported that he is cancer free! He was having seizures due to scar tissue from previous surgery. Thanks again.
